1. Who we are and what these terms cover

MMA Maverick Sports Cards LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Maverick Sports Cards (“we,” “us”), runs mavericksportscards.com. These terms cover using the site and having an account on it. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

Consigning cards with us is covered by our consignment terms, which you agree to on the consignment form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Give us accurate information, including a real email address.
• Your display name is shown publicly. It can't be offensive, hateful, sexual, or someone else's name or brand. We decide what crosses the line, and we may change a display name or suspend the account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done in your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Fair use of the site

Don't use bots or scripts on the site, try to get into accounts or areas that aren't yours, or interfere with the site working for everyone else.

4. Information on the site

Checklists, card details, and anything else we post are for reference. We work to keep them accurate, but mistakes happen, and we may correct them at any time.

5. Our content

Our name, logo, photos and site content belong to us. Team names, logos and card designs belong to their owners; we use them only to describe cards. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or card manufacturer.

6. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the site “as is” and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses from using the site.

7. Disputes

If you have a problem, email us first — most things get sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

8. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If we start selling on the site, the terms for those purchases will be added here before the first sale.
